Directions
A day before petzah: madrich/a should bleach the t-shirts in fun splatter pattern on both sides. After a couple hours rinse them thoroughly in the sink and hang to dry. Once dry, cut the t-shirts into headband length strips (about 1.5 inches wide), enough for the whole tzrif. For the actual Petzah: Have kids dress in clothes they don't mind getting paint-y. Set up the paint outdoors, on tablecloths or on the grass - NOT NEAR THE BUNK! Encourage kids to paint and dot their headband with their paint in whatever pattern/design they want. Once art pieces are completed, allow to devolve into a paint fight! Allow strips to dry on tablecloths near the tzrif. Write the chanichim's names on the tablecloth next to them in sharpie. Recommended soundtrack: Drops of Jupiter by Train

Helpful Tips
Bleach the t-shirt at least 24 hours in advance of cutting it so it has time to dry. You could do this even before the campers arrive so it is ready to use whenever!
