Hanukkah Basketball Balagan

High intensity basketball relay races that provide an opportunity for both people that like basketball and those that have an aversion to it.

Directions

1. Set up cones leading up to a basketball net (do this 4 times for each team)
2. People that like basketball from the teams form a line at the start of each line of cones. Those who don’t like basketball sit beside the line
3. They dribble one by one and at the end of the course have to take a shot
4. If the shot is made they get a word from the Hanukkah prayer if the shot is missed they go back to the end of the line
5. The people who are not shooting assemble the prayer in the proper order
6. Once the prayer is assembled the whole team sings it
7. Redo with the other prayers and change up the difficulty of the shots or the dribbling by moving the cones

4 basketballs Cones 4 copies of the Hanukkah candle lighting prayers( cut each word out) 2 candle lighting and shehekianu
