Explain rules of driving: at stop signs come to a complete stop and look both ways, use turn signal with hand when turning, pull over to the side when a cop is driving with sirens on. Hand out licenses when they hear the rules. Give markers to allow them to fill in/customize their license. Split edah in half and have them do 2 activities, switching midway. A) 2 people get into a cart (box). They have to race around the course (make out of cones). Along the way there are stop signs (big cones in the middle), turns, and police. If the police (counselors) catch the drivers breaking the law, they will administer a ticket by hitting the car with a dodgeball. If hit with a dodgeball, the cart has to touch the nearest cone that's behind them before they can continue racing. There are also dodgeballs and trashcan lids on the course. The carts can pick these items up and use the dodgeballs to throw at other carts (in which use the same consequence as getting a ticket would be given) and use the lids as shields. Carts that complete 3 laps win.
