Directions

The day before you want to run this icebreaker, freeze pieces of candy into a block of ice. To run the icebreaker, have everyone stand in a circle, outside over grass or something that can get wet, and hand the first person the block of ice and ask them an icebreaker question. They have to hold onto the ice as long as it takes for them to answer. They can hand it off until it goes around the whole circle and everyone has answered. Once it gets back to you, ask the next question and repeat until the ice has melted. Here are some icebreakers and prompts you can use. When you were a little kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? What's your favorite color? What's your favorite camp memory? What are you most looking forward to this summer? What is something you are nervous about this summer?
