Opening - Welcome to CNBC - Ramah - the Ramah Financial Network, reporting on all the important news from Camp Ramah's stock market - The RaMarket! Split edah into four teams. Each team is given a certain amount of money to invest in different 'areas' of camp; they can buy stock in different areas of camp: sport, tefillah, chanutiah (big bucks!), tzorchaniah etc. They can also buy 'bonds' in Eidot, and Gan & Cochavim. One each team invests their funds, then a series of 'news alerts' are read by the madrichim that impact the value of those investments: i.e. 'Rikkud instructor breaks her leg -$15; Machon beats Shoafim in Shabbat Hockey +$20; Chanutiah out of Twix Bars -$5 etc. At various points in the peulah, there can be breaks for 'reinvesting', or special physical challenges or math challenges, to get more funding etc. Also, groups that give Tzedakah get rewarded for giving back some of their profits! At the end, tally the total investments and who is the Wizard of the RaMarket.

Materials

Posterboard/Whiteboard/Projector (to keep track of investments), markers, note cards with the 'breaking news', physical activities etc.
